Or at least he wishes.

THE "REAL" SKINNY: EDDIE FARMER

Eddie is a sophomore at Commander USA High School, which makes him a couple years younger than Debra and her friends, who are all seniors. Eddie is the ultimate American fan of the Japanese culture with a passion for comics, games, and Japanese Anime and Manga. This unfortunately makes him the stereotypical geek as well, right down to the glasses. All that said, Eddie remains pretty insecure about his abilities and tends to be a bit of an 'ass kisser' if he feels it will get him what he needs.

You can regularly find him at Nate's parents' store Wonders of Japan, if not lounging in the halls of the school reading his manga. These interests culminate in his secret love of Cosplay, with Eddie dressing up as his favorite character and going to conventions. He actually has a real knack for building the mechanical aspects of interesting costumes, but needs to enlist help for the sewing part. The next logical step would be for him to invent his own character, but the right opportunity has not come up yet.

Not much else is known about Eddie at this time, including how long he has actually been a customer at the Tsuhihashi's store, and by extension, how long he and Nate have known one another.
