Mistress of Light and photons, Aura can bend and manipulate the very essense of light to her own will. Light is her pet, it can be a shield or a weapon, she can travel at the speed of light.

Flying Glory saw in Aura a way to shine the light of truth to the American youth and so brought her into the Hounds of Glory, but Aura doesn't like working along side Shroud who she sees as nothing more then a shadow cast by her greatness.

But all this is a lie...

THE "REAL" SKINNY: KRYSTAL WEXLER

Aura's true Identity Is Krystal Wexler. The insecure only child of a wealthy family, Krystal's life has never been truly happy. Her parents were overjoyed that their daughter aspired to be a fashion designer -- dreaming of her having shows in Paris and London -- but Aura wanted to design for modern trends, not high society.

To give Krystal a taste of the "type of people you want to grow up to design for," they enrolled her in public school over a private Institution. As such, she's getting exposure to a wider range of people than she would have in private school -- a big factor in keeping her from being a spoiled brat.

The year we meet her is her first year in public school. Krystal's early years were in private institutions, and in fact her junior high years were spent at an elite boarding school in Europe. Her family took summer trips around the world regularly, so she's the most traveled of the group. The natural tour guide to show her bandmates around and know secrets about areas they might not.

After the Hounds of Glory won a high school talent show competition, where they got more attention from Debra's flight power manifesting than their music (people thought It was a stage act), the school Principal suggested his friend and neighbor CYRUS MULRONEY attend the band's next concert at the school's fashion show. That performance marked the debut of FLYING GLORY AND THE HOUNDS OF GLORY, and Krystal was requested to design the costumes for the band. Her efforts to help save the day after the concert was crashed by a supervillian earned her a place In the band.

Her relationships with the other band members are awkward at best right now. Some see her as spoiled by her money and aren't confident she can play bass guitar at first. Others want to welcome her with open arms. More than once, the strong bonds of longer friendships become painfully clear to Krystal. But she loves performing as Aura and having a showcase for her fashions.

Krystal's parents are a stockbroker and a CPA. They live In Brentwood.
